1. Project Scope & Cost Estimates

   • All projected costs are based on our understanding of your requirements and the timeline provided.
   • Any modifications, including micro-improvements, may result in additional charges.

2. Acknowledgment & Responsibilities

   • By accepting a quotation (orally, via email, payment of the initiation fee, or signature), you agree to Ovex Marketing Zone LLC’s terms and policies.
   • Clients are responsible for reviewing quotations to ensure all necessary elements are included.
   • If clear specifications are not provided, we will proceed based on our understanding, and any discrepancies may result in additional costs.

3. Project Execution & Timelines

   • Each project is assigned a fixed number of hours; minor adjustments can be made within this period.
   • Any rework, layout changes, or modifications after Go-Live approval will incur additional fees.
   • Ovex Marketing Zone LLC will strive to complete projects within the stipulated timeline; however, any feature modifications or delays on the client’s end may extend the timeline and increase costs.

4. Refunds & Additional Charges

   • All payments made to Ovex Marketing Zone LLC are final and strictly non-refundable.

   • Bugs (programming errors) reported immediately after development will be fixed at no extra charge.

   • Any rework on a completed task or changes requested after approval will be charged separately.

5. Content Submission & Project Delays

   • All website content must be submitted within the first two weeks of project commencement.
   • Delays beyond a reasonable timeframe may result in additional fees.

6. Testing & Compatibility

   • Websites are tested on the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Additional browser testing must be requested in advance.
   • Mobile responsiveness is tested on iPhones and iPads; testing on other devices must be specified beforehand.

7. Hosting & Network Considerations

   • Additional charges apply if extra hours are required due to network issues on non-Ovex Marketing Zone LLC servers.
   • Websites are developed using commercial-grade internet; performance may vary based on network conditions.
